No pain no gain». Every triathlete has already heard this
motto one day, which means «no improvement without or many triathlete lovers, there cannot be
pain». improvement if there is no pain and suffering,
Fif they haven’t pushed their body to their
limit.
It is true somehow in this way of considering training... but On the contrary, many athletes have a hard time
it is also questionable! pushing their limits, taking it easy in a training
which leaves them with no progression.
