L’Ironcouple Bayliss s’impose le dimanche 9 décembre sur le marathon de Lanzarote, pas de repos pour le couple britannique qui s’entraîne aux Canaries !

Stephen l’emporte en 02:43:22 sur le vainqueur 2011 l’allemand Marco Diehl (02:44:14) après un duel spectaculaire, Tomi Halme complète le podium en 02:46:13.

Quant à Bella elle s’impose en 03:00:53

Bella : « my first ever marathon went well today!  I managed to win and it was extra special that Stephen won the mens race!  It is perfect when we both win! It was really fun to race on such a beautiful course with lots of other people.  It is definitely a race worth considering in 2013. »

Sur le semi-marathon c’est Victor Del Corral qui l’emporte en 1:14:05 au sprint devant Iñigo González (01:14:06)… Nicholas Ward autre triathlète longue distance (01:16:42) termine 3ème !

Sur le 10k c’est la belge Sofie Goos qui prend la première place en 38:11 …
