Cet après midi auront lieu les championnats Ironman 70.3 d’Amérique du Nord à St.George dans l’Utah. Ces championnats régionaux attirent du beau monde avec ses 1500 points au PR (Pro Ranking).

En tête d’affiche chez les hommes: Brent McMahon (CAN), Sebastian Kienle (ALL), Michael Raelert (ALL), Ben Hoffman (USA), Tim O’Donnell(USA), Lionel Sanders (CAN)

Une course qui devrait être très rapide avec des spécialistes de la distance, notamment les champions du Monde Kienle et Raelert, mais également Tim O’Donnell champion du Monde ITU et 3ème à Kona 2015. Quant à Lionel Sanders n’a pas été battu cette année sur la distance devrait refaire son retard après la natation son point faible mais très costaud à vélo et à pied.
