Les championnats du Monde de Duathlon longue distance ont eu lieu ce dimanche à Zofingen. En l’absence du vainqueur sortant, Joerie Vonsteelant, c’est son compatriote Bob Woestenborghs qui s’impose, de bon augure pour ses débuts sur IM à Lake Tahoe. le meilleur français Yannick Cadalen se classe 8ème. Anthony Le Duhey a été disqualifié.
